Monkeys,Monkeys,Monkeys-I

In order to set the context for my world :-), Imagine a world similar to ours but with Monkeys, the same kind like No-See, No-Hear and No-Speak monkeys who you see pictures of. More generally, assume there are deaf monkeys, blind monkeys and Mute monkeys. The deaf and blind can speak. The Mute obviously can't speak however hears and sees.
I know kind of logically the answers to following questions. But would love to hear it from you guys as well.

  1. Order the classes in terms of knowledge from highest to lowest....

  2. From which class would you choose a leader ?

  3. Which class needs to be protected ?

I would come back with my second level of the puzzle
