Find the salary
$begingroup$
A worker in a company has a fixed yearly salary. For each extra services, he provides it increase the salary and salary itself will be calculated with the accuracy of the one day. Each extra service will increase the salary by 12%. Because of the continuous money inflation, it was also stated that when the extra service terminates the actual salary will be decreased by 11%.
1- in one year there were 7 extra services(salary was raised and lowered seven times). How many percents the final salary changed comparing to the initial salary
2-if we know that the annual inflation will be 3%. Instead of 11%, what number should it be in order to keep the salary at the level knowing that the worker has done 7 extra services exactly as question 1.
