Trevor Charles Horn (fødd 15. juli 1949) er ein engelsk popmusikar, tekstforfattar, lydteknikar og produsent. Horn har produsert kommersielt suksessrike songar og album for fleire britiske og internasjonalt kjende artistar.

Han vann ein Grammy for «Kiss from a Rose» med Seal. Som musikar har han hatt suksess med gruppene The Buggles, Art of Noise, Propaganda og Act og han var vokalist i Yes på albumet Drama frå 1980 og på den påfølgjande turneen. I tillegg produserte han Yes-albumet 90125 i 1983.

Horn vart på 1980-talet sett på som den beste produsenten i Storbritannia, noko følgjande anekdote vitnar om: gruppa China Crisis oppførte på sitt 1985-album «Flaunt the Imperfection» (produsert av Walter Becker frå Steely Dan) opp produsenten som «Walter (Trevor Who?) Becker». Fleire slike referansar til Horn finst i britisk kultur.

I 1996 produserte han heile Wildest Dreams til Tina Turnar. Blant dei store hittane er; «Whatever You Want», «Missing You», «In Your Wildest Dreams» og «Unfinished Sympathy».

Han eig òg ein stor del av plateselskapet ZTT Records, Sarm Studios og selskapet Perfect Songs. Desse er kombinert under namnet SPZ. Horn gjekk hausten 2010 i platestudio saman med det tidlegare bandet sitt Yes for å produsere det nye albuma deira, som kom ut i juli 2011.^[1]

Horn vart i dronninga si nyårsliste for 2011 utnemnt til kommandør av Den britiske imperieordenen for tenestene sine i musikkbransjen.^[2]
