Frederick Dewayne «Freddie» Hubbard (7. april 1938–29. desember 2008) var ein amerikansk jazztrompetist frå Indianapolis.

Karrieren til Hubbard byrja då han flytta til New York i 1958 og starta å spele med m.a. Sonny Rollins, Slide Hampton, J.J. Johnson, Bill Evans, Philly Joe Jones, Oliver Nelson og Quincy Jones.
Før han tok til som leiar for eigne band i 1964 var han med i Art Blakey sitt band The Jazz Messengers.

Utanom hans eigne album deltok han på store klassikarar som Ornette Coleman sin Free Jazz, Eric Dolphy sin Out to Lunch og John Coltrane sin Ascension. Dei albuma som kanskje kan reknast som Hubbard's beste er Red Clay frå 1970 og First Light frå 1971.
