2.It´s an even, two digit number
3.The ten´s digit is 2 more than the one´s digit
4.The square of the ten´s digit is four more than the one´s digit

To square a number, just multiply it by itself, e.g., the square of $5$ is $5times 5=25$.

This is not the place to ask such questions, but anyway... Start with clues 1 and 3 : Which 2 numbers does that leave you ? Which one of these numbers is even ? (clue 2). You don't even need clue 4.
