Mount Carse er eit fjell med fleire toppar, det høgaste 2330 moh, som ligg 3 km nord for botnen av Drygalskifjorden i sørlege delen av Salvesen Range på Sør-Georgia. Det vart kartlagd av South Georgia Survey mellom 1951 og 1957 og kalla opp etter V. Duncan Carse, leiaren for fire ekspedisjonar for South Georgia Survey i løpet av den perioden.
