County Westmeath (irsk Contae na hIarmhí) er eit grevskap i Republikken Irland sentralt på Irland i provinsen Leinster. Det vert stundom på folkemunne kalla «Lake county» («Innsjøgrevskapet»). Grevskapet var ein gong ein del av den gamle provinsen Meath og seinare County Meath. I 1543 vart derimot County Westmeath eit eige grevskap.


Mullingar er det administrative sete og den største byen i grevskapet med om lag 19 000 innbyggjarar.


County Westmeath grensar til Cavan og Longford i nord, Roscommon i vest, Offaly i sør og Meath i aust.
