Jefford Point er eit nes forma av ei klippe nedanfor isen 8 nautiske mil aust-nordaust for Cape Foster på sørkysten av James Ross Island i Antarktis. Neset vart først kartlagd av Den svenske antarktisekspedisjonen, 1901–04, under Otto Nordenskjöld. Det vart kartlagd på ny av Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) i 1948, men not the records being lost in a fire ved Hope Bay, it was surveyed again by FIDS i 1952. Det vart namngjeve av UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee etter Brian Jefford, ein landmålar i FIDS ved Hope Bay i 1948, og ved Admiralty Bay i 1949.[1]
